I, Skully Collins, believe this TV screenshot is fair use is it is an image of a famous incident which is irrepeatable. The image is of much lower resolution and quality in comparison to the original image and does not cause the copyright holder, FOM (Formula One Management), to lose financially. The image is also being used for education use only.
