  1. interaction par une hélices α amphipathique parallèle au plan de la membrane;
  2. interaction par un boucle hydrophobe;
  3. interaction par liaison covalent avec un lipide membranaire (lipidation);
  4. interaction par liaison electrostatique directe ou indirecte (p.ex. via un ion calcium) avec les lipides membranaires;

la membrane est représentée en brun clair.

English:

schematic representation of the different types of interaction between monotopic membrane proteins and the cell membrane:

  1. interaction by an amphipathic α-helix parallel to the membrane plane (in-plane membrane helix);
  2. interaction by a hydrophic loop;
  3. interaction by a covalent link with a membrane lipid (lipidation);
  4. interaction by direct or non-direct (e.g. with a calcium ion) electrostatic bonds with membrane lipids;

The membrane is represented in light brown.
