[edit] Fair use in moneybomb

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

1. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic. "The news media, such as CNN, began widely reporting the term "money bomb" to refer to the event."

2. It is a low resolution image, and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.

3. The CNN logo is not used in such a way that a reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the logo.

[edit] Fair use Appropriation

As the Artist who captured the screenshot and "fixed" it in the medium of .jpg format I can freely use copyrighted material, as long as I change the original 5%-10% from the original work. Under the doctrine of "de minimis" to anything found in the "public domain". I can freely use "artistic liberty" in appropriation of a new work. And Finally this image is used for "educational purposes"...
