This is the VCD cover of the movie Money No Enough.

How I found the image: I used the query "Money No Enough" (quotes included) on Google Image Search. Of the 6 images of Money No Enough VCD covers in the results, I chose the one from http://singaporewatch.org/2006/01/21/a-bit-about-the-local-film-industry/ as it is most similar to the cover of the Money No Enough VCD I own.

Fair use rationale: If a movie is released on VCD, all images of its VCD cover are fair use if used only in the infobox of the article of said movie.
