[edit] Personal information
Hey, Molly. It's your own choice to put personal information on your userpage. However, as another girl, I have to tell you it's not a very good idea. People sometimes get stalked from Wikipedia accounts, especially girls around your (and my) age. There are really creepy people on the internet, and you'd be surprised what they could find out just from your (or your friends') names; they can figure out phone numbers, addresses, etc. It's scary. So, just to let you know, you may want to delete that information. If you'd like it completely removed to other editors can't see in the edit history (or even at all), that can be done. If you have any questions, please post them on user talk:hmwith. Have a good one, нмŵוτнτ 09:08, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
- If you don't mind, I went ahead & removed the personal information. If you're giving other peoples' names (especially those of your parents), I'd make sure that it's okay with them first. Note that I'm only doing for your safety and to protect you. If you still would really like the information to be on your page, you can undue the edit. нмŵוτнτ 09:19, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
