Where is it incorporated? Is it an American or a Canadian company?Fawcett5 22:05, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
I believe it's incorporated in both Canada and the United States. The "headquarters are in both Denver and Montreal.SaxofoneDL 20:35, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
While on their Official SEC filings they list both a Montreal address (1555 Notre Dame Street East, Montréal, Québec, Canada) and a Denver address (1225 17th Street, Denver, Colorado), because of the nature of the merger (structured as a takeover by Adolph Coors Co of Molson Inc. See Part 1 Item 1 of their 2005 Annual Report (Page FIN_3)) the legal "Country of Domicile" of Molson Coors Brewing Company (MCBC) is the USA (Part 1 Item 1(d) Page FIN_12 of the 2005 Annual Report). It was not a takeover of Molson by Coors however...former Molson shareholders own 55% of the stock...and why does the Denver location have (HQ) listed beside it when Molson coors has not desingnated an overall HQ, just a Canadian and American one, not only is it overkill when it is the list of headquaters, but leads to the impression that this is another American company that took control of a Canadian one. [edit] 5th largest brewer?
Is Molson Coors really the 5th largest brewer in the world? According to their website the volume of beer amounts to 48,3M Hectolitres. As far as I know both Carlsberg and Scottish & Newcastle have larger volumes. [1] 195.215.5.124 10:51, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
I don't understand your problem with this statement. What's wrong with their claim of 5th largest when you can only think of 2 that are larger--Mysterioususer 23:24, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
Inbev, SabMiller, Anheuser-Busch and Heineken is the top 4 brewery groups in the world.14:40, 20 July 2007 (UTC) [citation needed]
Environmental Record
Let's all read this section again, including the source note, and then ask ourselves whether it's really a good idea to let any schmo who feels like it come in and "edit" an encyclopedia that way too many people use to *look stuff up*. Sure, I could edit it myself, but I already have a job, that pays me money, and now I have to go find what I was looking for via some responsible, reliable source. Enjoy playing encyclopedia, folks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.191.215.74 (talk) 22:40, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
