Molimina

Molimina is the pre-menstrual time frame. Any symptoms, other than bleeding, that precede the onset of menses are moliminal symptoms. These symptoms are similar to pre-menstrual symptoms and include:
- Thin cervical mucus
- Menstrual cramps
- Breast tenderness
- Fluid retention
- Appetite changes
- Mood changes[1]
