A silver leafed Ponga(Cyathea dealbata) tree, accompanying Rata Vine(Metrosideros fulgens), and a large Tawa tree(Beilschmiedia tawa), covered in parasitic orchids and climbing ferns. This photograph was taken in the rainforest along the Nga Tapuwae o Toi Track, Mokorua, about 2.5km from the CBD of Whakatane, New Zealand. Spring, 2006.
