Mosè Giacomo Bertoni or Moisés Santiago Bertoni (15 June 1857 – 19 September 1929) was a Swiss botanist. He emigrated to South America in 1884. In 1899 he published his results on Stevia rebaudiana, a sweet tasting compound and the source of Stevioside.
