Professor Mohamed Zairi BSc MSc (Aston) PhD (CNAA) is a British academic and expert in Total Quality Management (TQM).

He is Professor of Best Practice Management and Director of the European Centre for TQM at the University of Bradford School of Management in Bradford, England.
