Mohamed Rabie Meftah (born May 5, 1985 in Tizi Ouzou) is an Algerian football player (defender) player who is currently playing for JS Kabylie in the Algerian league.
He is the cousin of former JS Kabylie defender and current USM Alger defender Rahim Meftah, as well as former Algerian international Mahieddine Meftah.
