[edit] Article's scope

I am working on developing this article into a list summarizing the major transportation projects for Atlanta over the next 20 years as detailed in the Mobility 2030 trasportation plan. If anyone wants to help, CDROM copies of Mobility 2030 can be ordered online from the Atlanta Regional Commission website. I probably won't be able to detail every minute project, but since this plan is of such magnitude, and in such an unintelligable form on the ARC's website I thought a wikipedia article was very appropriate. Please feel free to make suggestions here as to the scope of this article. --Biomedeng 13:22, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
