Mobile metropolitan area

Metropolitan Mobile has a population of 785,677^[1] within Mobile County in the southwestern tip of Alabama. The Mobile metropolitan area is the second-largest metropolitan area in the U.S. state of Alabama. The Mobile - Daphne - Fairhope combined statistical area also includes the micro but separate Baldwin County metro, with a population of 167,099. The total Mobile - Daphne - Fairhope CSA is 588,246.
