The image Mo mowlem informal image.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright I (Secret london 10:43, 19 August 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

the photo is only being used for informational purposes.
the nature of the image and source (BBC News) suggest it is intended for wide distribution such as a promotional image.
the image is placed in a relevant article (Mo Mowlam) and is no larger than required for the web based article.
Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article and how the event depicted was very historically significant to the general public.

It will not be possible to reproduce this image by other means as the subject is dead. Secret london 10:43, 19 August 2005 (UTC)

Should this be considered an infringement, then it would probably be acceptable to use a {{screenshot}} from a TV apprearance (or news covereage about her death). The JPS 16:38, 19 August 2005 (UTC)
