If most of the teams, outside of FC Dallas, Toronto FC, Real Salt Lake, and Chivas USA are listed by their nicknames (ie Revolution, instead of New England Revolution), why do the Red Bulls get listed as Red Bull New York? The team is officially the New York Red Bulls; the organization that owns the team is Red Bull New York KitHutch 15:38, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

Teams with no nickname built into the official name (e.g. FC Dallas) have their whole name spelled out on the map. A team such as Miami had the full name "Miami Fusion FC". Should they be labeled "Fusion FC" instead? Figured this would be a good discussion before Seattle Sounders FC arrives. I'm sure people will have different expectations around the time it is their turn to be put on the map. --Blackbox77 (talk) 22:40, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
