Crystal Crawford, known as Mz.C was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on February 28. She is the daughter of Cassandra Crawfor and Harrel Hairston. Crystal started singing at the age of six on a choir at her family church. It wasent til about seven years later when she realized her special ability not only to sing, but to also write. She wrote the lyrics to her new single "Hey You" and co-wrote the lyrics to "I Always Knew"(helping out Bizzy-her manager).
