I have just started this. Please feel free to add relevant articles to the template. Thanks! Nationalparks 20:50, 23 April 2006 (UTC)

Nice template! Picky details: The font's a bit big, but I'm running at extra-size font settings tho. Also, I'm changing the font color: blue underline under red text clashes somewhat. There's also perhaps too much whitespace in the template. But otherwise, good layout and great content! :) --unforgettableid | talk to me 06:23, 8 May 2006 (UTC)

I noticed that the MIT Living Groups are not listed, while the dormitories and fraternities are represented. I added living groups to the template so it would be more complete. FYI: Living groups are independent entities that are associated with MIT and house undergraduates, but they are not fraternities, sororities, or dormitories. I may log in later and create the MIT Living group page. 18.214.0.135 19:27, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Research vs. academics

I reorganized a few things - most of the articles listed under "academics" were more research institutions than academic ones. (Lincoln Labs, for instance, has absolutely no affiliation with MIT academics.) I added a "research" section and moved the articles as appropriate, and added links to the articles about all the academic departments currently with articles on Wikipedia to the "academics" section. Hopefully, listing the articles in the template will draw more attention to them, so more people will add to them... If there are more department articles that I've missed, feel free to add them as well! Also, I fixed the colors, so we're now using the "official" MIT cardinal and gray recommended here. --int3gr4te 03:25, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Template

Shouldn't this template be updated to use {{Navbox}}. Peachey88 02:06, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
