Edward Mitchell "Mitch" Rouse (b. 1964) [1] is an American film and television actor, director and screenwriter.
He has appeared on episodes of Reno 911!, Home Improvement, Exit 57, According to Jim and Strangers with Candy.
He directed and wrote the movie Employee of the Month starring Matt Dillon. Along with Amy Sedaris, Paul Dinello, and Stephen Colbert he is co-creator of the television series Strangers with Candy.
In 2001 he married actress Andrea Bendewald in Malibu.
