Mitchell Kent Hoopes (born July 8, 1953 in Bisbee, Arizona) is a retired American basketball and football player. He had a 3-year career in the National Football League from 1975 to 1977 as a punter. He played in Super Bowl X as a member of the Dallas Cowboys.
