MiTYBOOK

The MiTYBOOK CPC150 was developed by Aware Electronics in 2006 as a low-cost $199 sub-notebook for use by children up to age twelve as a first computer[1]. It is based on the AW-150 produced by Aware Electronics.

As it is designed as a first computer for children, the MiTYBOOK has extremely limited specifications[2]:
- 150 MHz cpu
- 800x480 7" LCD screen
- 64 MB SDRAM
- 4 MB Flash ROM (Contains operating system)
- 1 GB NAND FLASH (Read/write, for files to be stored)
- Network interface
- 6 USB 2.0 ports
- 3.5mm audio jack
