Wikipedia:WikiProject Linkification (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs)

I propose that this WikiProject and its affiliated pages be deleted for the following reasons:

  1. Inactivity. The project has seen no activity since November 2006 (see [1]).
  2. Scope. The scope of the project is to link article text, presumably in line with Wikipedia:Build the web. As such, the project is redundant to the more active Wikipedia:WikiProject Wikify. Black Falcon (Talk) 00:06, 30 April 2007 (UTC)

  • Merge into Wikipedia:WikiProject Wikify; if the two projects do have the same goal, simply move the users from the Linkification one into the Wikify one, and change their installed userboxes.   • comment - The goal of the linkification project are a subset of the goals for the wikification project. From the linkification project Grow and Maintain the linkified nature of wikipedia. And from wikification, point 1 of 7 is Wikify! Make links to other articles, format the lead (first sentence), and arrange section headers as described at Wikipedia:Guide to layout. -- Whpq 20:22, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
