Generally, WikiProjects, "defense squads" (i.e. Article Rescue Squadron, Recent Changes Patrol), and their ilk are not deleted; rather they are tagged as inactive unless there is a good reason why they should be deleted. • Tag as inactive, per Wikipedia:Template messages/Wikipedia namespace if you want to consider this proposal equivalent to a WikiProject; or tag as historical if you see it in "policies and guidelines" as a call-to-action-with-guidelines essay. No activity in over a year since people cleaned up some poor bits of content in the month after creation; no talk-page activity since just after its creation. No other project pages. I read AfD regularly and I don't recall people referring to "AfD Patrol" there or on my talkpage. Barno 00:06, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
