Its an extended essay on a topic that already exists on the encyclopedia. see Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Constitutional congress for a previous example. Delete. Ironholds 06:16, 2 June 2008 (UTC)

• Delete. The information should be in article namespace, but obviously, Wikipedia already has it somewhere, also, per WP:NOT#Webhost DA PIE EATER (talk) 20:49, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
