[edit] Portal:Social Development
Portal is apparently recreation of VOICE Network page. While scope might be sufficient to merit a portal, this single article is not. Creator of the portal is being notified of this discussion. John Carter (talk) 16:57, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
- Delete - not a portal. I also think that "Social development" as a topic is much too broad and undefined to be the basis for a portal. Black Falcon (Talk) 17:35, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
- Speedy delete - this is essentially spam. All of the creator's contributions are to do with promoting this charity (why else would VOICE Network have a "contact us" section?) and the content is similar to the creator's userpage. I also suspect this page is a copyvio. MER-C 11:36, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
