First, I think this article could easily be merged with mission (Christian) and second, even though there were many negatives to missions, this article could be worded a lot better when expressing those deficiencies. i feel this article is very good but leaves out the fact that many missions eradicated native religions and cultures. thus stripping the world of valuble spiritual information.193.115.175.247 15:29, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
