sorry to say, but the little bit of information in this article doen't even touch the surface of this story. It doesn't hit on the fact that she does what she does because she is extreamly lonely, or anything else.

I agree. The article doesn't even touch on the deep motifs of the story. I'm a senior in high school and our AP lit class hit on so much more in the novel. For example, the fur around her neck mimmics the same emotions as she does through the story.
