Miss Venezuela 1965 was held in Caracas, Venezuela, on May 27, 1965. The winner of the pageant was Maria de Las Casas McGill, Miss Distrito Federal.

The pageant was broadcast on RCTV from the Circulo Militar in Caracas, Venezuela. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Mercedes Revenga, crowned Maria de las Casas of Distrito Federal as the new Miss Venezuela.
