[edit] Mirza usage in Persia/Iranian
What the article said seemed wrong to me (from what I remember), so....
My mother is Iranian. Born and raised there. And only moved to Canada (at my Dad's request) after marrying my Dad (who is a Canadian). (So she's an expert on this.)
I asked her and (I'll update the article to reflect that.)

In the article it says...

That's not accurate. The title is still used in Iran.
