[edit] Use of the word "unkind"

Despite knowing this, Miroku continues his unkind ways... Nonetheless, the monk mellows out as time goes on and proves to be a very valuable--if unkind--ally.

Miroku can be described as just about anything other than "unkind." I'm wondering if the writer knows the definition of this word considering the awkward structure. I am editing these descriptions. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 204.138.115.3 (talkcontribs) .

[edit] Category

Don't we have a "Fictional Lechers"-type category this guy should be in? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 205.188.116.202 (talkcontribs) .

[edit] Changing Age

Wasn't Miroku's age originally listed as 18? Now it's 20. WHY DOES HIS AGE KEEP CHANGING? You just don't bump up two years. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.167.33.237 (talk • contribs).

I fixed it. It is 18, as said on an official site. The site is listed at the bottom of his character profile. Kagome 85Kagome_85

[edit] Kagome's time?

So only Inuyasha and Kagome have actually travelled through the Bone Eaters Well to the modern era, Miroku's never been? --198.254.16.201 16:00, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

Nope

[edit] Miroku's Picture

Is there anyone who has a better picture of Miroku? You know, one that doesn't horribly strain your eyes every time you look at it? Stuntman15 21:33, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sacred Sutras

why aren't they included as weapons?Tourskin 04:48, 3 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Miroku's Clothing

Why was there not a section for the clothing Miroku wears? I'm currently in-progress of adding technical terms for each article, as well as information (similar to how Inuyasha's page covers the basics about his kosode, hitoe, etc.) All I have left is to upload informatin about the "prayer beads" containing his kazaana.Haywire Hakaze 20:46, 9 July 2007 (UTC)

Strange enough, all the information I uploaded previously has disappeared. Is there a lag, as in my Edit will not permanantly appear for 24 hours?Haywire Hakaze 20:48, 9 July 2007 (UTC)

There is no lag. I removed it for being original research. You claim that this information is all according to research, yet don't tell us who's or even where to find it. Also, your prayer bead section seems to be totally unrelated to Miroku, other than the fact that he is in possesion of a few of his own. Still, you make no mention of that in the section. Lastly, the clothing could easily be mentioned in the Overview section instead of having its own. // DecaimientoPoético 21:33, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
Actually, i think (when it gets properly cited) having it own section just under the overview section is best. see InuYasha (character).--88wolfmaster 02:51, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
Right, 88wolfmaster. I was using Inuyasha (character) as reference to set it up. Well, it shouldn't be too hard to cite. I just need to find the websites again, and figure out how to do so. =)Haywire Hakaze 05:14, 10 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Miroku's speed?

Miroku's speed is most likely not a holy power. InuYasha could simply be running slower to keep up and in nowhere in the show does it say anything about his speed being a power. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 65.110.137.50 (talk • contribs).

[edit] Relationship with Sango

I find it odd that the relationship section only mentions that Miroku restrained himself the first time he met Sango. If anything, the love/hate relationship between the two is one of the major romantic elements of the series, second only to Kagome and Inu-Yasha's. -Wilfredo Martinez 14:18, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

The section providing information on their past/current relationship seems to have been wiped. MegaZilla 05:39, 18 August 2007 (UTC)MegaZilla

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Miroku (Inuyasha).gif

Image:Miroku (Inuyasha).gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Miroku's mother

We all know what happend to Miroku's father, but what about his mother? I think I heard somewhere that she died giving birth to him. Is that true? That would explain why he never talks about her. And I think it could end up into a new Inuyasha epoisode. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Niwa-chan (talk • contribs) 07:01, 5 April 2008 (UTC)
