Mirna Macur, Ph.D. is a Slovenian social researcher and an assistant professor of sociology at the Faculty of Applied Social Studies and teaches Methods of quantity analysis and Social statistics.

Mirna Macur received a B.A. degree in social informatics in 1993 and an M.A. degree in 1996. In 2000 she was awarded a Ph.D. from the University of Ljubljana for the thesis Privatisation and the quality of health-care services in Slovenia.
