The very top of the Clock Tower was a Prison...or a Dungeon if you will, as ( I hope many of you know ) the last person to be killed by sentence was in that dungeon, he was hanged. It is said to this day that his spirit still lurks atop the Clocktowers priospn/Dungeon that he was forced to have started his eternal slumber in....
