Minnesota State Highway 54 is a highway in west-central Minnesota, which runs from its intersection with U.S. Highway 59 / Minnesota Highway 55 (co-signed) in Elbow Lake and continues south to its southern terminus at its intersection with Minnesota Highway 27 in Roseville Township of Grant County.

Highway 54 serves as an eleven mile north-south arterial route between the city of Elbow Lake and Minnesota Highway 27.
All of Highway 54 is in Grant County.

Highway 54 was authorized in 1933.
The route was still gravel in 1949. Highway 54 was paved by 1953.
