Minnesota State Highway 243 is a highway that runs from State Highway 95 to the St. Croix River where it becomes Wisconsin Highway 243. The route just over a mile long; the Wisconsin portion is only 1600 feet. The two highways serve as a connector between Minnesota 95 and Wisconsin 35 in Osceola.
