Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF) is a non-governmental international relief and welfare organization which is a branch of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. It was founded on 17th October 1989 by Shaykh ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir ul-Qadri.[1]
