Mindray Medical International Limited (NYSEMR) is China's largest medical equipment manufacturer[1], developing, manufacturing, and marketing Patient Monitoring Systems, Ultrasound Imaging Systems, and Diagnostic Laboratory Instruments for both human and veterinary use.

Through its subsidiary Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd., Mindray maintains offices worldwide that support both company-branded equipment and OEM products for a variety of external entities.

The Patient Monitoring business segment develops and manufactures multi-parameter monitors, biotelemetry systems, and Anesthesia Delivery Systems worldwide. In 2008, Mindray purchased the Patient Monitoring division of Datascope Corporation of Mahwah, New Jersey for $202 million.

The Ultrasound Imaging Systems segment develops and manufactures portable and mobile ultrasound systems and a variety of transducers.

The Diagnostic Laboratory Instruments segment provides data and analysis on blood, urine, and other bodily fluid samples for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This segment offers a range of semi-automated and fully-automated diagnostic laboratory instruments for laboratories, clinics, and hospitals. Its products include hematology analyzers, biochemistry analyzers, reagents, a microplate reader and a microplate washer.
