Mina Aoe ( 青江 三奈 , あおえ みな? born 7 May 1941 , + 2 July 2000;Kita, Tokyo) was a Japanese female Enka singer who had a string of big hits in the late 1960s, although she continued charting later in her career.

With her distinctive husky voice, she gained the nickname of "Queen of the Blues". Due to her frequent appearances on television programs (including 18 appearances on the annual show Kōhaku Uta Gassen), she is fondly remembered by many older Japanese. After her death, a memorial to Aoe was established in Isezakicho shopping area.
