Mimi Macpherson

Born as Miriam Frances Gow (b. 17 June, 1971), Mimi Macpherson, one of supermodel Elle Macpherson's younger sisters, is an Australian celebrity in her own right. Mimi Macpherson is known for her passion for whales, and is involved in a whale watching business. She has been a presenter on the Discovery Channel. In 2007 Mimi appeared on the reality singing competition It Takes Two paired with David Hobson; they were eliminated in the semi-final and came third.

She is more widely known outside of Australia for her home made explicit sex tape in which she masturbates and has sex with her then boyfriend Michael Hellwig[1]. The tape was leaked onto the internet in the late 90's, dramatically increasing her fame world wide and is still widely available.

On March 19, 2007, she was convicted of a drink-driving charge in a Queensland court, her third conviction following similar incidents in 1995 and 2001[2].
