What is the criteria for being included in the list of military occupations in this page?

It seems like a very arbitary list because neary every armed conflict ends up with some form of military occupation. So if an occupation is listed here is sould be representative of a type of military occupation with an explanation of the type of Military rules used. Eg
- Military Occupation of Berlin -- four-power organization
- Haiti — mandated UN Occupation see UN Stabilization Mission in Haiti
