I deleted the factoid about them being spies. If someone can find a cite, go ahead, put it back in. Else, that kind of statement should stay out. --SigPig 08:50, 6 August 2006 (UTC)

What does this mean? They assess possible future military engagement in the country OR they bring their military expertise to aid the country?
