Miloslava Rezková ['mɪloslava 'rɛskova:] (born July 22, 1950 in Prague) is a retired Czech athlete who competed mainly in the high jump.
She competed for Czechoslovakia in the 1968 Summer Olympics held in Mexico City, Mexico where she won the gold medal.
