In the 2003-2004 school year, the total student enrollment was 1,921, composed of 800 freshmen, 775 sophomores,699 juniors, and 703 seniors. Millard West, another Millard school, also uses block scheduling, but not A/B day block scheduling.
The school mascot used to be a Native American Indian, but was changed to an eagle named Patriot Pat in the 2000-2001 school year.
