Milan Nikolic (born March 30, 1983) is an Serbian football midfielder. He plays for Changsha Ginde.

He had a very short spell at Jupiler League side Cercle Brugge in 2004. However, Nikolić was given a free transfer already after a month, together with his fellow-countryman Antunović. Slović got to stay on the other hand.

Nikolic was a member of Serbia U-21 national team.
