[edit] Image problems

I noticed two problems with this image: one is the identification of buttermilk labeled as liquid separated from butter and cultured buttermilk labeled as buttermilk but with two lines coming into it for some unknown reason. The other is the identification of cheese curd as the pre-stage of quark but not as the pre-stage of almost all cheeses. This is a very strange identification. Rmhermen (talk) 19:20, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
