The image Milestonescover.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright I (Knucmo2 14:25, 24 May 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover;
2. It does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the CD album in any way;
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD;
4. The image on the cover is significant and famed because it was made by a famous artist, Miles Davis.
