I'm going to tag Category:Milliman founder for deletion, as it's clear over-categorization. It's a fixed set of only two people that has no potential to expand in the future. A hard-coded list within the relevant articles is a better fit for that purpose. You might find Wikipedia:Categories, lists, and navigational templates useful.

As to this category, it might meet the same fate. Are there many articles planned for it? If it's just these two, then again a list is simpler. It could always be converted to a category in the future, if needed. Andy Dingley (talk) 00:13, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
