I recognize the connection between some journals and magazines. However, typically a military journal is a proffessional publication. I recommend promoting Category:Military journals to be a sub-cat of Category:Military publications as opposed to of magazines. --- MCG 04 Sept 06

It seems like "Military publications" is not just a subset of "military historiography", since military strategy, military commentary, military current issues, and so on, are all included. Propose adding Publications back to this cat. --Lquilter (talk) 20:02, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
