[edit] Plagarism on St. Paul neighborhoods
Hi - I wanted you to know that I didn't speedy delete this page (actually, I did, but I changed my mind...). Instead, I just removed the copyvio text, because there was a good chunk of text that didn't appear on first glance to be copyvio.
