Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. "Permission" is not really sufficient, as material posted here must be released under the GNU Free Documentation License. The website you copied from has posted a copyright notice, which directly conflicts with such a release. If he wishes to release the text, he needs to change the notice on the website.
