Michael Keith Amenti (born December 29, 1988 Mike Amenti is an American entrepreneur, CEO, and Master Control operator. He founded Amenti Productions, which provides low cost high quality video and audio production for its clients. Michael also volunteers much of his time at Proclaim! where he broadcasts Saint John Gualberts Mass over a wide area reaching thousands of Catholics across western Pennsylvania who are not able to attend mass. His likeable personality and whit had been invaluable to the continuation of the Proclaim! ministry. He is accredited with protecting A&M productions from Chapter 11 and forming Amenti Productions.

[edit] Early Life
Michael Keith Amenti was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, to Michael Joseph Amenti and Charlotte Rose Amenti. His family lived in the same homestead that his Grandfather built over fifty years ago. As a young child, Michael enjoyed many past-times. Including football, electronics, coin collecting, and history along with many others.

Michael never attended per-school instead; his early education was by his mother Charlotte, until he was old enough to be enrolled in Kindergarten. From Kindergarten until fifth-grade, he attended Connemaugh Valley Elementary School, where he served on student council for many years. For the remainder of his elementary schooling, Michael’s parents decided that he would be enrolled in a private institution. He then attended Central Catholic Elementary School, where he continued on the student council, and played right-guard for the football team. He decided to continue his education in a private institution at Bishop McCort High School. At McCort, he joined many clubs including, Drama, Computer Club, Chess, French and many others. Currently Michael in continuing his education at Saint Francis University in Loretto Pennsylvania. Where he is perusing a Major in English Communications.

Michael enjoys many pastimes, most important to him are his 1991 Chrysler New Yorker, Coin Collection, and his vintage firearm collection. He enjoys volunteering his time to many organizations, with Proclaim! being dearest to his heart. Proclaim! is Saint John Gualberts Cathedral's television ministry. They broadcast the live mass along with a half-hour Catholic news show on WWCP-TV Fox Channel 8. Michael started at the ministry in early 2000, during the years he has proven himself as a valuable member of the ministry.

When Michael is not at college or volunteering he is employed at WJAC-TV Channel 6. There he is the weekend master control operator. Before his employment at WJAC-TV he worked at WWCP-TV Channel 8 for the production team of the ten o'clock news. In between WWCP-TV and WJAC-TV Michael worked for the Penn Traffic store BiLo, where he was the Frozen Food Clerk for over a year.

Teen Talk is Proclaims! Teen orientated program covering religious and regional news from a teens point of view. But in early 2004 the previous Teen Talk host Aaron Lemmon, resigned duties. Michael Amenti was appointed the new host. The future looked bright for the new host, but due to complications with numerous co-hosts, Michael was forced to do the show himself. In 2005 Teen Talk was granted an exclusive interview with teen pop star Aaron Carter at the Palace Theater in [[Greensburg, Pennsylvania]. This two-part interview marked the last Teen Talk segment with Michael Amenti. Due to declining viewership, Teen Talk with Mike Amenti was forced in to Hiatus. Currently Crispin Havner hosts Teen Talk with a slightly different title of Teen Talk Round Table.

In 2001 A&M Productions was in financial troubles, due to overspending on a already thin budget. With Chapter 11 on the horizon Michael made a bold decision, split the company in to two financially different corporations. A&M would handle the big-ticket name productions while Amenti Productions would take care of smaller more local
production projects.

Amenti Productions was founded in 2002 as a low cost Production unit providing many services to its clients. It was created out of necessity when A&M productions the current parent company ran into hard times in 2001. Amenti Productions prides itself in its broadcast quality equipment, and its speedy completion time on projects. Currently Amenti Productions is producing many commercials for local companies, and has an extensive history in the wedding field.Due to its small size and many partnerships with other production houses Amenti Production can greatly reduce its prices compared to its competitors.
