Taking his bio from IFL page is obviously biased. ifl is an org trying to promote him, and therefore isn't objective about describing him. His tenure on "The Ultimate Fighter" wasn't memorable for his non-chalance or no-nonsense attitude. He had already been training with Matt Hughes and was treated by Hughes as his second in command, he pushed the other fighters and berate poor performances, but when it came time to fight he froze and basically just covered up and let himself get hit until the fight ended.
